How about that workout HUH!?!?!
Terrific job today holding up to that ultimate test of wills and guts. We're just lucky that no one actually showed us their guts! Not really funny... Anyway, you are doing awesome but you still haven't made it through this first week. You still have tomorrow to get in your workout. It needs to be scheduled so that you won't make a tired excuse to miss it. Here, check it out:
Sprint 10 - 100 meters or .06 miles on the treadmill. Times to make each sprint; men 30secs / women 40secs.
Between sprints; 1min active recovery at which you should alternate recovery times with 10 pushups and 20 PSU's.
Make good choices this weekend as it will be the hardest week for you during this whole process. Why? Because you are going to be tempted to do some of your old habits. Remember how much you want to see change happen! Well, it's not going to just fall in your lap. You will have to be conscious of your actions and be willing to put in the work to get your stuff back. We believe in you and it's time that you start believing in yourself! 1...2...3 BREAK!
