What's Up? 8/18 Are you losing weight?

< Workouts are looking good but on the other hand, some people are still beating themselves up for not losing any weight. We will remind you again... This is not of immediate concern! How you perform (your workouts) are of the most important right now. Mark these words... "Anyone who doubts themselves will ultimately fail at their attempts to reach their goals." It's going to take more than one month to get your body rockin'. It will vary from person to person, but most people, especially women, will have to put in extra work to see the weight fall off.

I agree with the triceps request that the Hamilton person made! I know that if we do our pushups correct there is supposed to be tricep action involved, but we all know I DON'T do my pushups that great...my inner arm and triceps are gross.
