Plumbline has been and is throwing out it's nets to bring people in from their ambiguous exercise programs. Just out of nowhere we see Chris running down a road for no particular reason and called (reeled) him over and gave him the talk about the boot camp - Great program, you'll benefit tremendously, improve in all areas of fitness... yadee yadee yadee. So he agrees to it and needless to say, was convinced that whatever was popular choice before has now been crushed! Good bye old-self...
