And it continues to grow.

We want to welcome the newest members of the Waterford boot camp. Sherry and Chris (far right). This was Sherry's first day and like most people who come into this program will find out that you're up against an inconspicuous giant. Come on, how hard can reverse grip rows (45#), jumping rope, swinging a kettle bell, squat w/ 20# dumbbells and running 400m be. OK, that sounds like a lot but when you look at it laid out, the workout looks like a piece of cake. Surely anyone can do each station for 1min and have a relatively good outcome... Right? Well, tell your body that when your lactate level increases and your cardio respiratory system is shutting down and at the same time your muscles fail to respond. Although this is a painful way to enter into a workout program, it's the only way to get serious long-term results. After your first time, like with most things in life that require your dedication, commitment, and unwillingness to give up, it gets to be a little easier to handle and you will eventually grow into your own shell. It's that time in between that you look back and you're instantly humbled and realize the reason and purpose for your life.
As for Chris, you already met him. Read below. Great workout today to everyone who participated in a Plumbline Training program.
p.s. We have the future linebacker for the Redskins with a passy. Checkout little Clayton in the picture above.
