There were good reviews for the Hamilton camp. So stay encouraged and continue to learn and become more efficient through the workouts this week.
As for the other camps today, great job as well. It's always a little slow the first week because of the new program and demonstration. But as long as you're taking in all that is being taught, you should sail right through the weeks to come.
One thing that should have been addressed today and made known to everyone... Is that you should do YOUR very best every time! Make sure that YOU'RE counting correctly and performing with the abilities that YOU were given. It's impossible to be great at everything and every exercise. You're going to fall short in some areas but that is hopefully why you've signed up... So, that you're improving in this area that is current not producing the necessary output or not allowing you to pass by a teammate. But stay disciplined and persevere through (no matter how long it takes you) these TOUGH workouts and try to FULLY complete them. All reps... Full range of motion... FULLY complete them.
