What's Up 6/18

Nice job... You are now catching on to the main objective of this camp - Not just technique. Not just body positioning or mechanical form. Not just the intensity but all of these qualities put together to give you the greater outcome of performance. You can do anything you want, related to this camp, as long as you strive to do and become better at it.

As proven week by week, you get a little faster, stronger, your endurance improves and your focus becomes clearer and it's all apart of your desire to be the best that you can be. Tip: Help your situation out a little more and get the wrap on your nutrition. A little ironic but people expect all of their fitness goals to happen suddenly but leave out the most important aspect in nutrition. A race car can only perform as best as it's engine is being treated. You gotta get it together!
