There will be a camp July (6/30 thru 8/1). During the second week in July (7/7 thru 7/11) there will be a week off. The first seven get a discount and everyone else will pay full price. So, reserve your spot by paying the entry fee. We can't guarantee spots until payment is received. When you respond you will get confirmation about payment. So, do it now not later!

What is the 7 eleven run? I can not find that in your materials. You use this in the while your away section so I suspect this is a recommended exercise on our days off. By the way, your program is hard and extremely challenging. I hate it and I love it. Thanks for putting this together. I thank you and my kids will thank you as I continue to improve my health.
