Here's where we are with the outfit of our facility, Plumbline Training. It's all to surreal! We'll keep you posted as more gets done. Ignore the clown pictures on the wall. It use to be a kids gym which is also ironic because a lot of what we do looks like child's play. So, maybe we'll keep the clowns on the wall to keep us focused;-)

I can not wait to try out the new facilities. How exciting for the Thrash team and all participates. I have been following you around Ashburn/Leesburg for over 3 years and it is great to see how your business has grown. I have so enjoyed your work outs and all the great people I have met. Many of these people have become good friends. Thank you for always pushing me to reach the next level. I could not do half of what I do today without you and your program.
