What is the 7 eleven run? I can not find that in your materials. You use this in the while your away section so I suspect this is a recommended exercise on our days off. By the way, your program is hard and extremely challenging. I hate it and I love it. Thanks for putting this together. I thank you and my kids will thank you as I continue to improve my health.

some good pictures Michael! I have to ask...what in the world is the guy in the 5th picture down doing? He looks like he's getting ready to go head first into the bench, while holding onto the bar? This will require some explanation tonight at bootcamp. haha!
