These two super stars: Kimmy (left) and Lidia (right) have been with Plumbline Training before it was called Plumbline Training. From Ashburn (Gold's Gym) to Ashburn (World Gym) - we'll not talk about how terrible that time was. To Leesburg (Gold's Gym) - not so pleasant either! But it's been a long journey for these two and they are still knocking out M.T.'s (above) and lifting some major weight while keeping off all the bad. Looking good right?For everyone out there wondering who Lidia was, this is the person behind the incredible numbers and times. Can you guess her age? We can't tell you because she'd probably beat us up but she looks and has been performing well under her chronological age. Special shotouts to you two. Keep the faith!
