In tribute to her husbands win last night over the Saints, Kathy decided to play hard and win at her own game... The PT game that is! She doesn't have the top score YET for day one (23:14) but watch out because she has made some big progress. Which this has only been her first camp, so really impressive! I guess her husband Albright, Ethan competitiveness has rubbed off on her or is it the other way around Kathy? This is her hardcore team who have been a great support system for her accomplishments. [And don't forget about the little cheerleaders] Keep working together and pulling for one another as it's helping everyone get better.

This is an interesting piece about the growing popularity of kettlebells. Reminded me of our workouts.
