What is the 7 eleven run? I can not find that in your materials. You use this in the while your away section so I suspect this is a recommended exercise on our days off. By the way, your program is hard and extremely challenging. I hate it and I love it. Thanks for putting this together. I thank you and my kids will thank you as I continue to improve my health.
