What's Up 7/1

It's coming together pretty nice now. The pace was picked up today and you were able to handle the pressure and push through to the next level. But you still have the rest of the week to go! Be very proud of yourselves for making it through but it doesn't stop here. We would like you to get in the mindset that this is going to be a 5 day effort. Being both nutrition or exercise, because you can't have one without the other, you should be committed for 5 days!

To help those that don't have camp tomorrow, we have provided a workout plan for you. (It's below) You need to make an appointment with yourself tomorrow to workout. Or better yet, maybe someone from the camp will meet up with you so you can do it together. Whatever it takes to get you motivated to do this and continue on this new path of total fitness.

JULY "OFF DAY" WORKOUT

Start off with a warmup; whatever that might be. Throw in some stretching and if you want some crunches(100) and flutters(100) x 2.

Workout:
300 Jump rope
400m run
200 jump rope
800m run
100 jump rope
1 mile run
