June WYA "While You're Away"

The purpose of the WYA (pronounced "Y"-"A") is to make sure that you stay in-touch with this program. It's usually given to the Plumbline community for off days and when you're not able to make it to a session.

So, this week will definitely qualify as one of those times and you can use it all five days if you'd like. Stay active and come ready on the 14th to get in the best shape of your life!

~2 Echoes for each phase

Phase I
60sec - Back Squats (do as many as you can in that time!)
15 - Push press
2min jump rope

Phase II
1 mile run
20 - Pushups and Air Squats
1 mile run

Phase III
50 - Lunges (walking or stationary)
2min jump rope
20 Burpees

You'll need something to keep time and a lot of energy - Oh yeah...and NO REST!

Really Nice BlogSpot Michael!!!

The WYA info was very helpful but you know me...I need to get back to the studio next week.

I hope you and your family enjoyed your well deserved vacation!

Today I completed the June WYA and it made me feel like I was in the studio with Michael watching. It was a real kicker! I need a few more of these while I am here in China. Doing one or 2 of these a week will help me keep focused. I encourage everyone to try one of these workouts while on vacation. It is like having Michael but free!!

I miss everyone while I am in China. Looking forward to seeing you when I return end of August.

All the best,
Lidia Beer
